Also, this helps;

See it. Hear it. Sing it.

Things to do:

  • get priorities straight
  • re-organize bookshelves (for fear of being overstocked and exploding)
  • do survey thing which I’ve been tagged in three times so many times it’s annoying
  • write angry letter to Aldo, for broken earrings.
  • figure out future; write it in stone
  • get rest of school supplies
  • get money back

The end.

PS: What if I want to have my own schedule? And do the lazy things I want to do? Sick of working so hard during my vacation. Sick of being forgotten through all the sound. Sick of having people step all over me because it’s my job. Sick of people with one-track minds thinking I’m lucky. Sick of putting things off because I’m too tired, and getting to the phone too late, once it’s morning and I didn’t hear it ring at two a.m. Sick of people telling me they love me when I don’t say it back because I don’t mean it, or saying it back because I eventually feel forced to. That’s. Not. Love.

So what is?

“Salutations!”

(young Wilbur)

So for those of you who understand where that comes from: you rock. You’re also big nerds. Well done.

I’m at school at 8am, even though my first class is at 10h. Can I get a whoopwhoop for being dork? Whoop Whoop.

It’s not like I don’t have anything to do: because I’m working on both days of the weekend, I won’t have any time to finish homework then so I have no choice but to do it now.

Therefore, hence, as a result:

A to-do list.

  • Read Intro to Plato
  • Ask bookstore abt returning used books?
  • Egyptian paragraph
  • Humanities internet exercise
  • Humanities exercise sheet
  • Sophie notes?
  • Read hist book
  • Archetypes!!
  • Buy ______ for  ______.
  • Write back to MP on FB
  • Write to Fannie
  • Upload photos
  • Give Becca prezzie
  • Mentor?

Edit: I just realized that I forgot my Everything Duo-Tang at home. Which means that I don’t have my mentor sheet. Which means I can’t get a mentor.

B’urgh.

One more thing! [/uncle] :
I’ve been thinking of running for the school newspaper. Do you think I should? I really want your honest feedback on this guys, ’cause I’m not leaning towards one any more than the other.

Pros:

  • Looks good on CV
  • Good experience in journalism
  • Make friends (be less shy)
  • Open self up to new experiences
  • See if I even like journalism

Cons:

  • Hard to manage time (must learn to juggle work, college, homework, and lack of social life and sleep)
  • Write about what? (lack of inspiration = hard for me to write)
  • No activity block. (will be spent with newspapel ppl)
  • What if I don’t like it? (asking for a lot of commitment?)
  • Stress of writingANDpublishing something. h’omg.
  • Overall fear of failure. (:

So… let me know what you guys think. Should I go for it or not? Ultimately, I think my biggest fear is time management. If it really gets down to the wire, I’d probably rather quit my job than give up the newspapel team (if I ever join) but… I mean. C’mon. The steady income of money makes me happy too. (Note to self: LEARN TO SAVE UP.)

Well that’s me for now. I’m going to start working for realzies now. <3 loveyoubaibaibaiiii. ♥

PSFashionEdit: I’m wearing my new strongblue/purple AE shirt, with my turquoise tank underneath, skinniest of skinny jeans, bright yellow earrings, and loose converses. Rock the boat, just add oil. ;)

Shit. I’ve totally forgotten about the whole song-recommendation thing. I don’t really have one lined up, but my iTunes is on shuffle so I’ll just give you guys the next five songs that come up. (:

  1. Elvis Presley – I’m All Shook Up
… Well this is just a classic.
  2. Amy Winehouse – He Can Only Hold Her
I love singing to this song. <3 When I asked Vi to say something about this song, she said: “Trumpets.” If that doesn’t convince you to go check it out, I don’t know what will.
  3. The Pink Spiders – Modern Swinger
So catchy. Very fast-paced song. I like singing the chorus ’cause I mess it up half the time, but it’s still fun. (:
  4. Freda Payne – Band of Gold
This is a really old song. According to my dad, it was one of the most popular songs of it’s time (so you can just imagine). If you like the whole… Diana Ross kind of ‘grainy’ sound of that time: you’ll love this. (: It’s in my Aretha Franklin & Jackson5 & Prince & MarvinGaye & Etta James ‘oldies’ playlist.
  5. Timbaland ft The Hives – Throw it On Me
Everything Timbaland touches turns to gold.
